A big part of what makes JCI Senate Manila is the camaraderie among Senators: businesspeople from various sectors finding occasions to get together, laugh, and enjoy relaxed conversations and a few drinks with their peers.

Of the different Senator get-togethers, a favorite is the Mid-Autumn Dice Game. A JCI Senate Manila tradition that’s been around for decades, the annual dice game — held in time to celebrate the Chinese Mid-Autumn (a.k.a. the Moon Festival or Mooncake Festival) — is a favorite.

In 2020, since such gatherings were prohibited due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Senators took to the internet, holding the first virtual Mid-Autumn Dice game over the video conferencing app Zoom.
